COVID Rules at Red Sky Campsites

  • People can meet in groups of up to 6 people, or as a group of 2 households. A group made up of 2 households can include more than 6 people, but only where all members of the group are from the same 2 households (each household can include an existing support bubble, if eligible) or an exemption applies;
  • Social distancing must be maintained between people who do not live together or share a bubble;
  • People can meet in all outdoor settings, including private gardens;
  • All tents will be spaced apart at a minimum distance of 5 m;
  • All crew members are trained in coronavirus control measures;
  • All crew to wear a mask or face covering during all social interaction on site and will maintain a 2 m social distance;
  • All clients to be advised to wear a mask or face covering (up to guests to bring their own) if they go to the farm shop and the farm shop will have a minimum number of people at a time (to be determined in advance on a site-by-site basis based on the size and layout of the farm shop);
  • Pre-paid barbecue packs to be left outside of the farm shop(s) identified with the name of the client for collection;
  • There will be a large number of toilets on site.  Toilets will be cleaned 4 times daily by the site crew and cleaned and emptied 2 times a week by the toilet contractor. Each toilet will have sanitiser both inside and out;
  • There will be sanitiser on all of the tables on site;
  • Separate cleaning areas will be provided including sinks for brushing of teeth and washing of hands;
  • Shower facilities will be provided.  People will be able to reserve the showers in order to avoid long queues being created.  The showers will be cleaned four times a day by the site crew;
  • People will be advised prior to arrival and on the noticeboard outside the reception area where their tent is and a site map will be provided;
  • All of our guests will be asked not to intermingle, except at an acceptable social distance;
  • There will be a very strict no rubbish rule on the site.   Clients will be asked to use the bins provided and anyone responsible for unacceptable littering will be politely asked to leave;
  • Guests will also be warned against using anything else but the facilities provided for their toileting needs; and,
